We are looking for talented individuals who want to take their roblox career to the next level. We are expanding our studio and need someone who can take on project development and management at the same time.
Criteria, DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE:
• 18+ years old
• Understand Ai implementation into studio/MCP connections
• Developing for at least 1 year or experience with technical fields related to development
• Strong sense of work ethic + team leadership/communication
This position is ideal to become close with the founders, potentially taking on share units of the studio. You will be payed in USD per milestone/upfront with percentage.
If you do not deliver, you WILL be promptly removed from the studio. There is no space for non-accountable people or leeches.
If you do deliver, you will be valued and treated as such.
