Effective Date: April 13, 2026 | Last Updated: August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Snowoar LLC (“Snowoar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use roport.lol (the “Platform”). This Policy is designed to align with applicable privacy and consumer protection law, including obligations related to Roblox Creator Third Party App requirements.
By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information from Roblox OAuth
When you authenticate through Roblox OAuth 2.0, we receive data permitted by approved scopes, such as Roblox user ID, username, display name, and associated profile identifiers needed for account authentication and profile rendering.
1.2 Information from Public Roblox APIs
We fetch public Roblox creator data tied to your public user ID, such as published game metadata, avatar thumbnails, and group memberships, to power your profile and creator tools.
We cache Roblox API data for performance with a limited time-to-live, generally around 15 minutes.
1.3 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you submit directly, such as profile text, social links, media uploads, design settings, creator-service details you choose to publish, and project requests you send through Roport Match. A Match request may include your name, contact details, organization, project description, budget range, timeline, and reference links.
If you participate in Match as a candidate, we may also collect the work history, rate, availability, screening responses, scheduling details, and claim-review information you provide. Private verification uploads remain nonpublic by default.
1.4 Information Collected Automatically
We collect technical and usage data including page views, feature interactions, browser and device characteristics, request metadata, and referral sources. We may process IP information for security and analytics, including approximate location at a country or regional level.
1.5 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive limited billing metadata, such as subscription status, billing period timestamps, transaction status, and tokenized identifiers necessary for account billing operations.
For Creator Store purchases, we also keep a record of delivery, including download timestamps, the number of downloads, and the IP address from which a purchased file was downloaded.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Platform.
- Authenticate users and manage accounts.
- Review Match requests, assess candidate fit, coordinate introductions and paid trials, and administer Match orders.
- Process subscriptions and billing operations.
- Deliver analytics and improve product quality.
- Communicate service notices, legal updates, and security messages.
- Detect fraud, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.
- Respond to payment disputes and chargebacks, including by providing order and delivery records as evidence.
We do not use collected data for:
- Training AI or machine learning models.
- Sale of personal data to data brokers.
- Selling behavioral profiles to third parties for their own ad targeting.
3. How We Share Information
3.1 Public Profile Data
Your profile is intended to be publicly viewable. Information you choose to publish, along with relevant Roblox public data shown on your profile, is visible to visitors.
3.2 Match Participants
To provide Match, we may share an approved project brief and necessary scheduling or contact details with prospective candidates. After obtaining the candidate's written permission, we may share their profile, dossier, stated rate and availability, screening summary, contact details, and the category and status of reviewed work evidence with the named requesting client.
We do not publish Match materials or share a private verification upload with a client unless the candidate gives permission or disclosure is legally required. Clients and candidates may use Match information only for the relevant evaluation, trial, or engagement and must protect nonpublic information.
3.3 Service Providers
We share data with service providers acting on our instructions, such as hosting, content delivery, communications, analytics, error monitoring, payments, and infrastructure security vendors.
Service providers are contractually restricted from using your information for unrelated purposes.
If a Creator Store payment is disputed, we share relevant order and delivery records — including download timestamps, download counts, and associated IP information — with our payment processor and, through it, the card networks and issuing bank handling the dispute.
3.4 Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information where required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, users, or the public, including in response to lawful legal process.
4. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, we will delete it promptly and may disable the associated account.
Parents or guardians may contact us to request review or deletion of information associated with a minor account.
5. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- Account and profile data: while account is active, plus a limited post-deletion retention period (typically 30 days).
- Roblox cache data: short-lived cache windows (generally 15 minutes), with deletion workflows after account deletion.
- Security and server logs: short retention windows for abuse prevention and diagnostics.
- Billing records: retained as required by tax and accounting laws.
- Match requests, approved briefs, candidate dossiers, order and acceptance records, and outcome notes: retained as needed to deliver the service, administer credits or success fees, resolve disputes, and enforce the accepted agreement, then deleted or de-identified when no longer necessary.
6. Your Rights
Subject to local law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to request data portability.
To exercise rights, contact snowoardev@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
California residents may have CCPA/CPRA rights, and EEA/UK users may have GDPR rights, as applicable.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use essential cookies for authentication and core service operation. We may also use privacy-conscious analytics cookies or equivalent technologies to improve performance and product decisions.
Browser controls and platform settings may allow you to manage non-essential cookies. Disabling essential cookies can impact core functionality.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring for abuse and security incidents.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required, we use recognized legal mechanisms for cross-border transfer safeguards.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and you should review their privacy policies independently.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, including through the Platform or by account notice where appropriate.
12. Roblox-Specific Data Commitments
- We request only OAuth scopes reasonably necessary for Platform functionality.
- We do not sell data obtained from Roblox APIs.
- We do not use Roblox user data for AI or machine learning training.
- We do not use Roblox data for third-party profiling or performance analysis of Roblox as a business.
- If required by Roblox policy, we will expunge Roblox-derived data within required timelines.
13. Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads on some pages of the Platform (for example our games directory, individual game pages, the leaderboard, and blog). We do not show ads on user profiles or inside the dashboard, and subscribers on paid plans browse without ads.
Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads and to measure their performance. Google may serve personalized ads based on your visits to this and other websites, subject to your consent choices where required by law (for example in the EEA/UK, where a consent prompt is shown before any ad cookies are set).
You can control personalized advertising at any time:
